They are always accurate on pricing down to the dollar and if something unforeseen shall arise that pushes the original estimate up above the agreed upon amount, they ALWAYS call and ask for authorization to move forward. The Service advisors are always UPFRONT and FRIENDLY with us every time we bring our cars in.
